About me

As you can see in greater details from my CV, I hold University degree in Psychology, MA in European Studies, was attending one year MA specialization in Hungary on Developmental Psychology and do have 5 years of professional experience participating in many regional projects working both with International Community and locals. I hold Serbian and Croatian citizenship. Specifically: I hold 1 year experience in HR and 3 in NGO sector organizing, providing and evaluating trainings ( Soft skills, Capacity building for NGO, project evaluation trainings) . I moderated few focus groups and assisted in a number of regional researches. I served as an Capacities Assessor for blue collars and midlevel management (12 basic capacities) I coordinated recruitment for Philip Morris Operations Traineeship Program (recruitment of the group of engineers). I designed Capacity Based Interview (9 additional capacities), lead the interviews and coordinated study trip to Poland for the group of engineers. Professional experience

July 2005-March2006 Centre for Social Welfare Psychologist, Belgrade, Serbia Serving as member of expert team for adult population I applied psycho diagnostic procedures, assessments, provided support therapy, liaison, wrote reports, conduct internal research and administrative work. Organized, held case study conferences and moderated it. November- April 2004 Delta Management Solution – Philip Morris Assessor, HR Trainee, Nis, Serbia Assessing 12 basic skills ( Work orientation, Problem solving, Team Skills, Communication Skills…) of production worker sand supervisors. Conducted evaluations and reaching consensus with co assessors. Organized, monitored and coordinated recruitment process for Operation Traineeship Program for future managers, developing methodology for final selection, leading the selection process, coordinating the study trip to Poland. August- March 2004 TC Group - Freedom House Evaluation coordinator for Regional Network Cooperation Project- Providing internet research. Setting up the research group (5 to 10 researchers) , training them, coordinating and monitoring their work. Participated in research design, wrote reports. Central European Translations –CET Translations manager for Ex- Yugoslavian languages Providing translations from English to Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian language by setting up translation teams (5-10 translators) organizing, managing and monitoring their work. August 2003-January 2003 Medecines Sans Frontiers-GR Project Assistant, Nis, Serbia Developing and capacity building of the local NGO, designing and facilitating trainings, evaluations, participation in strategy planning and management of the Local NGO, project implementation supervision, fundraising, consulting, monitoring and follow up, writing reports. January 2003- March 2002 Medecines Sans Frontiers-B Psychologist-social worker Vranje, Serbia Contacts with local authorities and NGOs, consultations to Roma, refugees, IDPs and local population; designed and carried out small scale relocation project for elderly refugees. Designed and conducted few focus groups. Developed tool for grant administration and administrated small grants to relocated elderly. I worked on implementation of projects, participated in developing strategy of implementation, writing reports. Jun 2000. – September 1999. Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of program. Wrote reports. March l999.- June 1998. October 2001 Completed Postgraduate studies at AAEN, Belgrade- European Studies- political and legal aspects. Defended the Thesis in International Relations " Postmodernism- world in transition" with best grades. September 1999 Enrolled at international MA program in English language- Applied Developmental Psychology ELTE Budapest. First year completed with highest grades. March 1998 University in Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, graduated in Psychology with highest grades.
